Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems. Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information.
- Determine system and sub-system level specifications based on market requirements
- Participate in system architecture concepts and analysis to meet market requirements
- Build and qualify prototypes of new designs and test for compliance with detailed specifications
- Contribute to the technical aspects of problem solving, failure analysis and corrective and preventative actions
- Collect, organize, analyze and document test results
- Implement and improve best known practices to drive projects through engineering life cycle all the way to deployment
- Adaptable to constant change and flexible to meet business needs
Qualifications:
- BS degree in an Engineering or STEM related field
- 7-10 years’ experience in systems engineering
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in team environment across R&D and Operations
- Hands on, build, and qualify prototypes of new designs and test for compliance with detailed specifications
- Experience in fast paced operations engineering environment
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Salary range per year: $140,000/year to $200,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
