Quality Control Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection of outgoing shipments to ensure all customer-specific requirements and specifications are followed, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Analyze quality data for incoming product from UDC’s contract manufacturer to ensure all relevant specifications are met
  • Perform data entry tasks related to analytical and performance data, and highlight/escalate issues and trends in real time
  • Coordinate calibration of all relevant monitoring and measurement equipment at UDCs Ewing site, through internal groups and 3rd party service providers
  • Work with team members to manage internal database of customer requirements and specifications
  • Engage with other Quality Engineering team members to improve the efficiency and productivity of our data systems

Experience/Education required:

  • Associate degree with 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
  • Highschool diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience acceptable.
